Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1987 as a software engineer, Stephanie C. Hill has held positions of increasing responsibility, currently serving as executive vice president of Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) for Lockheed Martin Corporation. RMS is a $16 billion gross enterprise that supports many branches of the U.S. military and intelligence, civil, commercial, and international military customers. Ms. Hill has been recognized for her career achievements and community outreach, especially in advancing STEM education. Deeply committed to the development of others, she mentors many students and professionals alike. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Hill graduated with high honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and economics; the university also recognized her with an honorary doctorate in 2017.
